Job Summary




  • The Senior Sales Engineer will drive sales of industrial and commercial power solutions, with a strong focus on diesel and gas generators.

  • The role requires proven experience selling generator brands such as JMG, Jubeli, and similar OEMs, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue growth across assigned territories.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute sales strategies for generator and power solution products.

  • Identify, pursue, and close B2B opportunities with corporates, EPCs, government, and private clients.

  • Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.

  • Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for solution design and project execution.

  • Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Track market trends, competitors, and tender opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and submit sales reports.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales of generators or power solutions.

  • Mandatory hands-on sales experience with generator brands such as JMG, Jubeli, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of diesel/gas generators, ATS, synchronization, and power distribution.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and drive results.

  • Must be based in or willing to work in Abuja.
